Wow, I had such an awesome birthday this year! It is certainly going to be one of the most memorable in a long time! And the interesting part about it, is that it was with my co-workers from my job!
I was invited to a pool party at a co-worker's house out in the valley and boy was it awesome! I haven't gone for a swim in such a long time it was pretty refreshing to get back into the hang of things. I drove a pretty good distance and when I finally got to the house, only the host was there and no one else arrived yet. Anyway, I was in the pool for a while and did some dives and also some freestyle swimming. Finally someone else arrived, and we tried to convince her to take a dive but she wasn't feeling it so we just ended up doing dives ourselves. Finally, the two people who had the idea of the party in the first place showed up like several hours later and then finally joined us in the water.
The new guests brought some beers and snacks and we got out of the pool chatting away and eating some snacks. Eventually we get back in the water and that's when I realize that I had my wallet in my pocket the entire time haha! See, as I was on my way over there I already came in my swim trunks so I wouldn't have to worry about changing. I figured it would have been best to come prepared. This plan seemed to backfire when I forgot I had my wallet in one pocket and my keys in the other. Finally realizing I had my belongings in my pocket, everything was soaked so I had to end up drying it out. I had to dry out the cash, my debit cards, and just threw away what was salvageable. I know, only on my birthday!
Anyway, as my money and everything is drying out, I go and check to see if my car alarm still works, and thank Zion it works!
After getting out of the pool, we then head over to In-N-Out Burger and chill there until around 7:30 when it was time to see Cowboys & Aliens. We had a blast watching that movie and it was cool seeing Bond with Indiana Jones. After that, I then drove everyone back to the house where there was a surprise cake for me and had a nice $25 Best Buy gift card. This was certainly one of the best birthdays ever!
My own life has lead to many different turns and obstacles. I love movies, traveling and even telling stories. Not only am I an artist, I have really gotten back into the game of blogging. I look forward to sharing my life experiences and getting to know you, my readers.

ATM ate it!
Grr, my debit card got stuck in the ATM machine yesterday. How annoying is that? Luckily I made my transaction and all, and it was a deposit and not a withdrawl. But yeah, I was actually in a little bit of a rush to get to work and that happened. After going inside, I talked to someone and she said for me to come back the next day (today) at around 9:30 to pick it up. This month has certainly been a tough one for my debit card. A few weeks ago, I accidentally put it in my back pocket and sat on it. It got bent, but luckily I was able to fix it so that it can still be swiped. From now on I'm just going to go in the bank and deposit or withdrawl the money inside, rather than use an ATM. That just sucked. I'm so glad that I had cash in my wallet already haha. Or else I would have been pretty screwed!
